St. Norbert Wins Tournament With Rout of St. Scholastica

DE PERE - St. Norbert College got a banner day from its offense and cruised to a 6-0 win over College of St. Scholastica to win the St. Norbert Tournament at Schneider Stadium.
The Green Knights (5-0), who beat Carthage College 2-1 on Friday, finished the tournament 2-0.
St. Norbert got its first goal at the 26:56 mark when Max Censky finished a rebound off an initial Logan Block shot. The Green Knights added a goal on Ben Prange's fifth marker of the year, again with Block assisting, at 32:00. Anthony Pineda gave St. Norbert a 3-0 lead at halftime when he converted a penalty kick at 40:11.
The Green Knights salted the game away with a pair of goals 13 seconds apart in the second half. Seth Boldt scored at 61:28, followed by an Evan Watzka goal at 61:41. Drake Vandermause assisted on Watzka's goal. Luis Jorgensen closed out the scoring with a goal at 88:21.
St. Norbert held a 20-2 edge in shots and had a 7-0 nod in corner kicks. Matt Pilewski (68 minutes) and Max Handrich (22 minutes) combined for the shutout in goal for the Green Knights.
