Lebrun Sets School Record in 300 as Green Knights Open Season

STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College junior Maddie Lebrun set the school record in the 300-meter dash as the Green Knights opened their season at the UW-Stevens Point Alumni Open. The meet was unscored.

Lebrun turned in a time of 41.87 seconds in the 300, breaking the old mark of 42.24 seconds set by Emily Schudrowitz in 2012.

Graceanne Tarsa won the 3,000-meter run in 10:45.14, while Kelley Gardipee was second in 10:50.83. Sara DeGroot won the pole vault with a clearance of 3.40 meters, while Tarsa was second with a height of 3.10 meters.

Joyana Tarsa won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:28.19. Lauren Rottier won the high jump with a height of 1.62 meters.

Sarah Duff was second in the 200- and 300-meter dashes with times of 27.52 and 42.87 seconds, respectively. Kristina Herman was second in the shot put with a distance of 11.98 meters. Audrey Makope was second in the 60-meter dash in 7.94 seconds, while Haidyn Mueller was second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.50 seconds.
