St. Norbert Rolls to Twilight Title

DE PERE - St. Norbert College headed into Easter Weekend by winning the St. Norbert Twilight at Schneider Stadium.

The Green Knights won with 141 points, while Wisconsin Lutheran College was second with 103 points.

St. Norbert won five events. Elisabeth Klumpyan won the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:58.65, while Kristen Carrigan took the pole vault with a height of 10 feet 3/4 inches. Sarah Duff won the 200-meter dash in 26.19 seconds, and Morgan McClone won the 800-meter run in 2:22.74. The Green Knights’ 4x400-meter relay also won, putting in a time of 4:15.82. Hailey Ruplinger was second in the 800-meter run in 2:29.31, while Claire Van Beek was third at 2:30.06. Tatiana Johnson placed fourth in the event at 2:31.38, with Clara Yoap finishing eighth at 2:37.13.

Carolyn Neerdaels was second in the 1,500-meter run in 5:13.96, followed by Yoap in third place at 5:14.78 and Kelly Heniff in seventh place at 5:28.85. The 4x100-meter relay finished in second place in 51.61 seconds, while Maddie Lebrun was second in the 200-meter dash in 26.29 seconds.

Heniff was third in the 5,000-meter run in 20:10.35, while Cora Purdue was third in the 400-meter dash in 1:02.08.

Audrey Moore finished in fourth place in the pole vault at 9-1. Nicole Barth was in fifth place in the 400-meter dash in 1:05.51. Hannah Mader was fifth in the triple jump in 31-8 1/2, with Brittany Wagner sixth at 31-6. Emma Sweere was sixth in 120-9. Sydney Olund was seventh in the 100-meter dash in 14.02 seconds.

Van Beek was sixth in the javelin with a throw of 85-9, followed by Moore in seventh at 84-9 and Nicole Barth in eighth at 84-3.
