St. Norbert Blanked at Carthage

KENOSHA - St. Norbert College fell behind early and couldn't find an equalizer as the Green Knights dropped a 1-0 non-conference result to Carthage College at Art Keller Field.
The Green Knights (5-2-1) saw themselves trailing when Carthage's Matteo Costa scored in the lower-right corner of the goal at the 9:06 mark.
St. Norbert outshot Carthage 9-8 and had more shots-on-goal by a 4-3 count but couldn't draw even. The Red Men held a 7-3 edge on corner kicks. It was St. Norbert's fourth match against a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin opponent this season.
Josh Koleske made two saves for the Green Knights, while Niko Mavrogiannis made four saves for Carthage.
