St. Norbert Competes at Minnesota Roy Griak Invitational

MINNEAPOLIS - St. Norbert College finished 21st out of 33 teams at the University of Minnesota's Roy Griak Invitational at Les Bolstad Cross Country Course.

The Green Knights totaled 625 points in the NCAA Division II/III race, with 16 of the 20 teams finishing ahead of St. Norbert Division II teams. Augustana (S.D.) University won the team title with 36 points, while the University of Mary's Ida Narbuvoll won the 6-kilometer race in 21:24.5. A total of 375 harriers competed.

Alex Bruley led St. Norbert with a 118th-place overall finish in 24:55. Bonnie Raechal Beres was 148th with a time of 25:18.6, while Kelley Gardipee was 168th in 25:34.4.

Lauren Talabac finished 178th in 25:41.4, while Elisabeth Klumpyan was one spot behind in 25:42.4. Sydney Bartz was 181st in 25:48.2, while Mariah Sejbl was 259th in 27:13.7.
