St. Norbert Remains Perfect Against Lawrence

APPLETON - St. Norbert College remained unbeaten all-time on the volleyball court against Lawrence University with a 3-0 win in a Midwest Conference match at Alexander Gym. The Green Knights swept the Vikings 25-18, 25-23, 25-17.

The Green Knights (20-7, 6-1 MWC) improved to 60-0 all-time against the Vikings behind a balanced offensive attack that saw five different players with at least six kills. St. Norbert hit .330 in the match, getting 44 kills with 13 errors in 94 attempts.

Lexie Van Hiel finished with 11 kills, while Grace Baumann had nine kills. Katelyn Hanrahan, Jessica Geurts and Haley Bartz all had six kills apiece. Emily Rohloff totaled 42 assists, while Geurts finished with three service aces.

Liz Maastricht totaled 22 digs, while Van Hiel and Baumann had three blocks apiece.

Lawrence hit .071 for the match, with 27 kills and 20 errors in 99 swings. Jordan Adamson finished with a team-high seven kills for the Vikings.
