St. Norbert Drops Overtime Heartbreaker to St. Mary's

WINONA, Minn. - St. Norbert College fell to St. Mary's University 2-1 in overtime in the back end of a two-game non-conference series at St. Mary's Ice Arena.
The Cardinals won at 4:12 of the five-minute overtime period when Kaley Manglitz scored.
St. Norbert took a 1-0 lead when Hannah Hickman scored a power-play goal at 19:22 of the first period. Letti Stafford and Eve Parker assisted on the score.
The Cardinals would answer at 16:05 of the second period when Anya Hafiz converted a 4-on-4 chance.
St. Norbert outshot St. Mary's 30-21. Evi Johnson made 19 saves for the Green Knights, while Jordan Keeley made 29 saves for the Cardinals.
St. Norbert was 1-for-3 on the power play, while St. Mary's was 0-for-2.
