Schudrowitz Wins Trial Heat in 800 at NCAA Indoor Meet

GREENCASTLE, Ind. - St. Norbert College sophomore Emily Schudrowitz won her heat in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship Friday at DePauw University.

Schudrowitz ran a time of 2 minutes 14.25 seconds to win her heat by almost a half-second. Schudrowitz will be the second seeding in Saturday's final behind Keene State's Allison Chamberlain, who won her heat with a time of 2:10.81. The 800-meter final is set to run at 2:45 p.m CST Saturday.

Schudrowitz is assured of All-American status after making the final eight.
