KISSIMMEE, Fla. - St. Norbert College picked up a pair of wins at the Rebel Games to improve to 3-1 on the season. The Green Knights topped Fontbonne University 6-5 in eight innings in the opener, and followed with a 5-3 win over Anderson University in the nightcap.

St. Norbert picked up the win scoring a run in the eighth inning while Fontbonne did not using the international tiebreaker - putting a runner on second with no outs to start the inning. The Green Knights cut down Fontbone's Sam Rosner at home in the top of the eighth. Brieanne Oehlke then scored from third with no outs on an illegal pitch.

Kayla Krueger's single and Oehlke's sacrifice fly gave St. Norbert a 2-1 lead in the first inning. Oehlke had an RBI single in the third for a 3-1 lead. Fontbonne scored once in the top of the fifth, but Oehlke's RBI triple in the fifth helped the Green Knights score twice. The Griffins tied the game with three runs in the sixth inning.

Oehlke was 2-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs scored, while Kayla Krueger was 2-for-3. Jessica Kropp picked up the win working an inning of relief.

Against Anderson, St. Norbert banged out 12 hits. Oehlke had a two-run double in the third, and Kristin Zimmerman added a two-run double in the fifth. Oehlke, who holds the school-season RBI record with 29 in 2007, already has 11 through four games this season.

Zimmerman, Kropp, Krueger, Tracy Palmer and Stephanie Ortiz all had two hits for the Green Knights. Kropp worked 6 2/3 innings for the win, allowing eight hits with one walk and three strikeouts. Krueger got the last out for the save.
