Green Knights Defeat Carroll

WAUKESHA - St. Norbert College improved to 4-1 in dual meets this season with a 151-63 triumph over Carroll University.

The Green Knights won both relays. Jarod Meffert, Peter Martin, Alex Cervantez and Jeffrey Green won the 200-yard medley relay in 1:46.10. Jed Galutira, Ben Stolberg, Green and Grant Gibson claimed the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:30.98.

Cervantez won the 200-yard freestyle in 1:55.09 and the 500-yard freestyle in 5:22.50. Stolberg captured the 50-yard freestyle in 22.65 seconds and the 100-yard butterfly in 54.31 seconds. Martin won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:05.52 and the 200-yard individual medley in 2:07.61.

Galutira won the 100-yard backstroke in 57.68 seconds and was second in the 50-yard freestyle in 22.94 seconds. Gibson won the 100-yard freestyle in 52.03 seconds and was second in the 200-yard freestyle in 1:55.71.

Meffert added a second-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke, turning in a time of 59.58 seconds. Jason Hunt was second in the 100-yard butterfly in 59.36 seconds, while Peadar McGrath was second in the 200-yard individual medley in 2:27.85.
