Curtis, Ciriacks, Grzesk Honored By Midwest Conference

DE PERE - St. Norbert College junior forward Connor Curtis and junior guard Joe Ciriacks earned recognition on the All-Midwest Conference Team as announced by the league office.

Curtis was a first-team All-MWC selection, while Ciriacks is a second-team choice. It is the first All-MWC honor for both. Coach Gary Grzesk was also voted MWC Coach of the Year by his peers.

Curtis, a Green Bay native, is averaging 14.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game this season. Curtis is shooting 53.6 percent from the floor, converting on 111 of 207 field-goal attempts.

Ciriacks, an East Troy native, is averaging a team-high 14.6 points per game. He is shooting almost 42 percent from beyond the three-point arc, making 78 of 186 shots from distance.

Grzesk earned MWC Coach of the Year honors for the seventh time, extending his conference record total.

St. Norbert enters this weekend's MWC Tournament 18-7 overall. The Green Knights host Monmouth College at 7 p.m. Friday in a semifinal game.
