Green Knights Blanked By UW-Platteville

GREEN BAY - St. Norbert College outshot UW-Platteville by more than a 3-to-1 margin but couldn't find the scoreboard in a 1-0 loss to UW-Platteville in a non-conference match at Capital Credit Union Park.

The Green Knights (2-4) held a 20-6 edge in shots and a 5-1 margin in corner kicks, but couldn't solve Platteville goalkeeper Mariah Kennedy, who made 13 saves.

Platteville scored the match's only goal on a marker by Taylor Gamble in the 65th minute.

Ally Magiera made three saves for the Green Knights in 71 minutes, while Ava Seifert did not see a shot in 19 minutes of relief.
