Strength and Performance

Chase Emnott began as the strength and performance coordinator for the St. Norbert College athletic department in December 2008. Emnott started as the St. Norbert hockey team's strength and conditioning coach for the 2007-08 season, when the Green Knights went 27-1-4 and claimed the NCAA Division III championship.

Emnott, a Neenah, Wis., native, was the strength and conditioning coordinator at Michigan Tech from 2003 until the spring of 2007. He was also a defensive line coach for the Huskies’ football team from 2002-2004, and was on the staff when Michigan Tech won its first GLIAC football championship in 2004.

A four-year letterwinner on the gridiron for Michigan Tech, Emnott earned all-conference honors in the GLIAC following the 2001 season.
