St. Norbert College’s nationally ranked Dining Services is an integral part of life on campus. A variety of measures are in place to allow all to continue to enjoy SNC’s cuisine while ensuring the community’s safety.

Changes to offerings

  • Ruth’s Marketplace and Michels Ballroom are offering meal plan dining.
  • Ruth’s offers dine in and carryout options.
  • Express grab-and-go options are now available from Michels Ballroom.
  • Meals must be consumed in defined dining spaces or in your residence

Physical distancing in dining areas

  • Outdoor seating has been added.
  • Dining areas employ physical distancing measures and other enhanced precautions according to the American College Health Association and the CDC.
  • Operating hours at Ruth’s Marketplace, Phil’s and Ed’s are expanded to limit the number of people at a given time.

Limiting contact

  • Reservations for in-person dining may be made through the OpenTable mobile app or desktop website.
  • Entries to dining areas are contactless.
  • Payments are cashless.
  • Pre-ordering and contactless ordering and pickup is available at Phil’s, Dale’s and Ed’s through the Nutrislice mobile app or desktop website. This service is available to all students, faculty and staff. At this time, only Meal Dollars or Custom Cash are being accepted for mobile ordering. Pre-ordering is not currently available through Ruth’s Marketplace

Catering services

Limited catering continues to be available for on-campus departments through Conference & Event Services. The department is adhering to physical distancing guidelines and new health protocols. View the COVID-19 Food and Beverage Services Policy.
