St. Norbert College employee information

The college has taking a safety-first approach in its plans for workplace safety, following local, regional and CDC public-health guidelines. Consistent with St. Norbert’s mission and values, we share the responsibility to care for one another, with each member of our community doing their part to ensure the safety of all.

General information

  • Exterior doors for all buildings are locked; bring and use your ID card or key to enter. The college strongly encourages employees to limit their entry to only the buildings necessary for their work.
  • Supervisors should work with their teams on flexible work arrangements, including staggered shifts, adjusted work hours and continuation of remote work. Employees who cannot work on campus due to medical concerns or childcare concerns should be prioritized.
  • Employees must limit workplace interactions. Meetings should continue to take place virtually, when possible. If in-person meetings are required, masking and physical distancing are required.
  • Travel: Only business travel deemed essential will be permitted. Personal travel will not be monitored.
Employees who come in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 must stay away from campus for 14 days.
