Katie (Vanden Avond) Guns started in College Advancement in November 2021. Joining the Stewardship and Information Services team brings her back to the office she worked in as a student. In the Data Management Analyst role, she oversees the college’s constituent database, provides user support, and collaborates with team members to develop reports and find technical solutions.
Guns has been an assistant women's soccer coach for the Green Knights since 2017. She most recently worked in the manufacturing industry as a Product Manager.
Both De Pere natives, Katie and her husband, Kory, have a son Porter ’43. The Guns family can normally be found watching or playing sports and spending time outdoors with their two dogs.
