Sarah Titus ’12

Librarian for Archives and Special Collections

B.A., St. Norbert College (English with Creative Writing Emphasis)
M.L.S., University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Library and Information Science)

Sarah is the project manager of both the Digital Commons and the Mulva Library archives. The commons, a cross-campus initiative to both house and showcase the many achievements and histories around St. Norbert College, went live in April 2016. Her role in the archives involves organizing, preserving and displaying historical pieces both from the college’s history and that of the Norbertine Order. As part of her duties, Sarah also conducts one-on-one research consultations with patrons and works to educate the campus on open access and intellectual property.

Originally joining the library team in 2010 as a student worker, Sarah later assumed the role of library services associate following her graduation in 2012. During this time, she completed her master’s degree in library and information science, graduating in May 2014. Sarah began her role at the library as the project librarian for intellectual engagement initiatives in December 2015 and absorbed archives duties the following year.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading and writing, especially in the genres of fantasy and science-fiction; she also loves playing video games and elaborate board games.
