St. Norbert College Autumn Band Concert

The St. Norbert College Music Department will present its Autumn Band Concert on Friday, November 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. Admission is $7 and open to the public.

The concert will feature the St. Norbert College Concert Band, conducted by Eric High, assistant professor of music and low brass, and the St. Norbert College Wind Ensemble, conducted by Frederick Schmidt, professor of music, clarinet and saxophone.

Dr. Philip C. Chevallard, retired conductor of the U.S. Air Force Academy Band, will make a special appearance as a guest conductor.

Works by Gustav Holst, Malcolm Arnold, Jamie Texidor, Percy Aldridge Grainger, Jeronimo Gimenez and Karl L. King will be performed.
