The St. Norbert College community honored Daniel Robinson, director of the Center for Community Service and Learning, and student Bradleigh Zito, at the President's Dinner on Aug. 26.

Robinson received the Exceptional Service Award after being nominated by faculty and staff, while Zito earned the Employee Endowed Scholarship.

For the past seven years, Robinson has dedicated himself to the St. Norbert community through his work in campus ministry, for the St. Norbert College Parish, and for the Norbertine order. He has also developed the model for the Norbertine Volunteer Community. "Clearly sought after as a leader and role model, Dan is in touch with the entire college campus, always working in support of the overall good of the institution," President Thomas Kunkel noted on Robinson's nomination.

Zito (Appleton, Wis.) earned the $1,000 scholarship for her volunteer work across the Brown County area, including Bellin Health, House of Hope, the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, St. Elizabeth Hospital, and Relay for Life. The biology major, chemistry and psychology minor, is starting her senior year at St. Norbert College and will continue her education to become a physician's assistant after graduation.
