St. Norbert College's student chapter of Habitat for Humanity will host a building project on Oct. 24, Nov. 14, and Dec. 5 at 916 Maple Ave, Green Bay, Wis. for the Tec-Cob family. This is the fifth student led build at St. Norbert College. The chapter is currently in the midst of several fundraisers in order to raise $10,000 in five weeks.

Lorena Tec-Cob, originally from Mexico, received her United States citizenship in 2007, and attends Old St. Joseph Church with her son. She works as a parent educator at Family and Childcare Resources of Northeast Wisconsin and at Golden House, a domestic violence shelter in Green Bay. You can help the Tec-Cob family by donating money, hosting a fundraiser, or attending a fundraising event.

Sponsors of the build are Ameriprise Financial, Wells Fargo, De Pere Christian Outreach, the Schneider National Foundation, and the St. Norbert College student chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
