James Hayes to speak on winning behavior at St. Norbert College's CEO breakfast and strategy series

DE PERE: James R. Hayes, President of J. Hayes Associates, LLC Fox Cities, will present "Winning Behavior: A Business Plan for the Family Business" as part of the CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series Thursday, May 20, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. in the Paper Valley Hotel, Appleton. The CEO Breakfast and Strategy Sessions are forums for senior-level planning executives to hear the strategic thinking and actions that leading CEO's are employing to meet their business challenges. J. Hayes Associates, LLC works with family-owned businesses in the areas of succession planning, successor mentoring, organizational development, business planning, and family councils.
Hayes holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in the business school at UW-Oshkosh. Hayes is on the board of numerous Fox Valley companies and has served on many non-profit boards. He was recognized as an outstanding alumnus from both UW-Oshkosh and UW-Milwaukee.
