De Pere: St. Norbert College is hosting a presentation on U.S. relations with Europe Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, F.K. Bemis International Center. The presentation is the fourth lecture in the Great Decisions series. The national program is intended to bring together local, regional and national experts in an 8-week lecture series devoted to international politics, economics and culture. St. Norbert College is hosting the public event for the 18th year in northeastern Wisconsin. The presenter is Pierre Shostal, professor of NATO and European relations at National Defense University. He is a retired foreign service officer who served as director of the U.S. State Department
