St. Norbert College recently hosted the 2006 Mathematics Competition for area high schools. The top five teams were Green Bay Preble, first place, Green Bay Southwest, second place, Fond du Lac, third place, Ashwaubenon I, fourth place and Ripon, fifth place. Earning St. Norbert College Presidential Scholarships were seniors Adam Hahn of Ripon, Brian Hahn of Ripon, David Pathakjee of Green Bay Preble, Sean Kennedy of Green Bay Southwest, Kate Weibrecht of Green Bay Preble, Justin Vanness of Green Bay Preble and Josh Halbur of Fond du Lac. Juniors were Mike Jacobs of Green Bay Preble, Mike Phillips of Fond du Lac, Hillary Rosenheim of Clintonville, Colin Donovan of Ashwaubenon and Tim Swast of Fond du Lac. Freshman and sophomores were Bi Liu of Green Bay Southwest, Evan Liang of Green Bay Southwest, Hannah Chung of Fond du Lac, Alex Kein of Green Bay Preble and Bryan Lindsley of Clintonville.
