David Halberstam lecture and book signing at St. Norbert College

Pulitzer Prize winning author David Halberstam will speak at the 2006 Norman and Louis Miller Lecture at St. Norbert College on Thursday, April 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. This lecture is free and open to the public. No tickets are required and doors open one hour prior to the lecture. Immediately following the lecture, Mr. Halberstam will be available for a book signing in the lobby. Halberstam is a prolific writer whose work has spanned many different topics. Several of his books have dealt with sports, including his latest bestseller, The Education of a Coach, which is a profile of the leadership and success of New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick. The Teammates: A Portrait of Friendship is a moving account of the 60-year friendship among Red Sox players Ted Williams, Bobby Doerr, Dom DiMaggio and Johnny Pesky. Summer of
