DE PERE: St. Norbert College will be playing host to comedian Quevaughn Bryant on August 19 at the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts Webb Theatre. The performance will be at 8:30 p.m. and is open to the public. Bryant is a comedian who uses comedy to discuss social issues and humorously asks the audience to look at these issues in a different way. He presents a no holds barred act of society, government and our perceptions of each other as well as the role the media and our society plays in helping us form them. The show is broken down into three stages: the performance, a synopsis of facts and information, and a Question and Answer to get the audience involved. Tickets are on sale now at the St. Norbert College Ticket Office, open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ticket prices are $15 General Public, $12 Students, $12 Senior Citizens, and $10 for groups of 15 or more. The group rate is not available until August 16. For more information contact the ticket office at (920) 403-3950.
