On Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 3 and 4 at 4:00 p.m., St. Norbert College will hold auditions for "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" in the Webb Theatre in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. "The Best Christmas Pageant" Ever will be directed by Jan Fitzpatrick and productions will be held at St. Norbert College from Nov. 30 to Dec. 3. There are six parts available for adults and numerous openings for children ranging in age from five to fourteen. Children auditioning for angel parts are asked to come prepared to sing a short song. Those interested in speaking roles will also be asked to come prepared to read from the script. For the past 20 years Humana Inc., with the cooperation of St. Norbert College, has sponsored The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. The classic holiday tale, written by Barbara Robinson, tells the story of a family with six troublesome children and how they manage to transform their church's mundane pageant into something that truly reflects the meaning of Christmas. For more information, please contact Sara Ramaker at (920) 432-8249 or Jan Fitzpatrick at (920) 497-8874.
