St. Norbert College hosts "The Rise of Militant Islam: Explaining and Responding"

The St. Norbert College Peace and Justice Center along with the Killeen Chair of Theology and Philosophy are to host "The Rise of Militant Islam: Explaining and Responding" on Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 7-9 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theater, Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. The panel will be facilitated by Jim Benton, associate dean of Social Sciences. Panel participants include: Robert Kramer, associate professor of History, Gratzia Villarroel, associate professor of Political Science, David A. Duquette, professor of Philosophy, and Thomas E. Reynolds, associate professor of Religious Studies. Topics to be discussed include:
