St. Norbert College music department faculty recital

Lynn Griebling will perform a vocal recital on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts on the St. Norbert College campus. Admission is free and open to the public. Griebling, adjunct assistant professor of Music and Voice at St. Norbert College, has been praised by audiences and critics for her performances in recital, opera and oratorio. Griebling pursued a solo career in England, Europe and New Zealand, where she sang with Les Musicien de Roi, the London Bach Festival and Ballet Rambert, and recorded regularly for New Zealand radio and television and BBC radio. In the United States, Griebling appeared with the Cleveland Orchestra, the Los Angeles Contemporary Chamber Series, the Houston Symphony, Texas Opera Theatre, the Houston Grand Opera and premiered the acclaimed production of Richard Strauss' "Four Last Songs" with the Houston Ballet.
