Killeen Chair lecture: "Reconciliation as a Means to Overcoming Polarization"

St. Norbert College and the Killeen Chair present Robert Schreiter and "Reconciliation as a Means to Overcoming Polarization" on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theater in the Bemis International Center. This event is free and open to the public. Schreiter is a professor of Theology at Catholic Theological Union. He is internationally recognized as an authority on social reconciliation. He serves as a consultant for training programs in reconciliation for Caritas Internationalis, an umbrella organization for 162 relief and development agencies in the Roman Catholic Church. Schreiter also was past president of the American Society of Missiology and of the Catholic Theological Society of America. In addition to reconciliation activities, Schreiter has published numerous works. Titles include: "In Water and in Blood: A Spirituality of Solidarity and Hope
