The 9th annual St. Norbert College "100 Men Who Cook" fundraiser will be held Saturday, March 10 at Foxview Middle School in De Pere. Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 4:45 p.m. and dinner will commence at 5:30 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the St. Norbert College Alternative Break service T.R.I.P.S. Norbertines, staff, faculty, students and community members of St. Norbert College will prepare their culinary specialties, from Greek and German cuisine to traditional Italian, chic and cosmopolitan dishes. There will also be a raffle held during dinner. The alternative break service trips bring together groups of students, faculty and staff to learn about social issues through direct service. During these trips, the participants take part in projects involving home construction, tutoring in the inner city, violence prevention, homelessness, poverty, HIV/AIDS and environmental issues. Proceeds from the dinner help defray the cost of trips for students. Tickets are $25 per person. For reservations, call (920) 403-4003. Foxview Middle School is located at 650 S. Michigan Avenue in De Pere.
