A "Day of Celebration" to honor St. Norbert College student and faculty/staff collaborations will be held Friday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Sensenbrenner Memorial Union. A reception and recognition ceremony for all participants begins at 3 p.m. The event, hosted by the offices of the dean of the college and faculty development, is free and open to the public. The "Day of Celebration" will highlight St. Norbert College's tradition of encouraging student and faculty/staff collaborations that have resulted in an array of scholarly research as well as creative works. Twenty seven collaborations spanning humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, admission, career services, international education and others will be a part of the celebration. "We are celebrating the life of the mind at work across campus in labs, studios and in other scholarly or creative settings," said Linda Beane-Katner, interim director of Faculty Development at St. Norbert College. For more information, contact Linda Beane-Katner at (920) 403-3111 or linda.beanekatner@snc.edu.
