Gratzia Villarroel, associate professor of political science and the director of international studies at St. Norbert College, has been selected as the 2007-2008 Santo Domingo Fellowship Visiting Scholar by the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) at Harvard University. This prestigious award is made possible through a gift from donor Julio Mario Santo Domingo, and is only awarded to a select number of professionals seeking to expand their research and writing projects. As a Santo Domingo visiting scholar, Villarroel will have the valuable opportunity to work on her current book-length manuscript,
