Felice Maciejewski, director of the St. Norbert College library and interim associate vice president for information services, has been chosen to participate in the Frye Leadership Institute at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., from June 1-12. Only about 27 percent of the applicants were selected to participate.
The purpose of the Frye Leadership Institute is to develop creative leaders to guide and transform academic information services for higher education in the 21st century. The Institute seeks to bring to tomorrow's higher education leadership the insights and understanding of the issues that will inform this framework, including academic, technology, economic, public policy, student, and constituent-relations dynamics.
Maciejewski has been director of the Todd Wehr Library at St. Norbert College since 2005. In August 2007, she was charged with leading the reorganization of the library, media services, computer services, instructional technology and telecommunications into the new information services department at St. Norbert.
