Skorczewski named campus safety director at St. Norbert College

James Skorczewski has been named the new director of campus safety at St. Norbert College. Skorczewski spent 27 years with the Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety, retiring as commander of support services on April 4.

He is a State of Wisconsin certified law enforcement officer, emergency medical technician and certified firefighter I and II. Skorczewski belongs to the International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners and is a certified crime prevention specialist. He has also completed the FEMA National Incident Management System training.

Skorczewski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master of Science in administrative science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
