Groundbreaking ceremony for new Mulva Library at St. Norbert College

A groundbreaking ceremony for a new state of the art library at St. Norbert College will be held on Friday, April 25 at 12:30 p.m. at the site of the new facility on the corner of Third Street and College Avenue. A social is scheduled to follow the ceremony. If it rains, the ceremony will be held in the Byron Walter Theatre lobby in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts building. The event is open to the public.
De Pere natives and lead donors Miriam B. and James J. Mulva, for whom the library will be named, will be in attendance for the groundbreaking ceremony. It will be the first time in its almost 110-year history that St. Norbert College will have a building designed exclusively to serve as a library.
