Make A Report – Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff may report any harassment, discrimination or retaliation they’ve experienced or witnessed to the non-confidential resources listed below.

I am a Faculty/Staff member and I Want to Report an Incident.
Below are reporting options for those who have either experienced or witnessed any harassment, discrimination, retaliation or sexual misconduct.

Reporting Incident Vs. Filing a Complaint
Reporting an incident with a nonconfidential resource simply means that someone has shared/reported the information with the designated St. Norbert College employees. It is not the same as filing a complaint, but is is the first step in the process if you choose to do so.

When reporting, the identity of the individual(s) involved is gathered for the report but never publicly or openly shared. Private information is shared only with the investigation personnel and others who have a need to know.

Online Reporting

A report filed online will go to the Title IX Coordinator, a non-confidential reporting resource.
