Christine Gill

Administrative Specialist for Title IX and Compliance

Christine has spent the last 17 years of her professional career in the non-profit sector, in work that focused on serving at-risk populations. Child abuse prevention, poverty and school readiness are key areas she has been involved with. Her roles have usually been behind the scenes, working in program improvement, data quality assurance and tracking program outcomes. "I get satisfaction knowing I do important work that sometimes only an analytical (maybe slightly anal) data geek could get through.  It also makes me happy when I know that I was able to help someone/something by using my talents, contributing ideas and just working hard because I care and want to make a difference."

When away from her desk and work, Christine tries to stay active, getting involved in activities and volunteer work that keep her on her feet. Additionally, Christine enjoys being creative with various types of artwork. One of the things she loves the most is leading arts and craft classes. "It's great to see people have fun, relax and play with creative expression. And, when they end up with something they want to show off...that takes the cake!"
