Make A Report – Students

Students may report any harassment, discrimination or retaliation they’ve experienced or witnessed.

I am a Student and I Want to Report an Incident.

Below are reporting options for students who have either experienced or witnessed any harassment, discrimination, retaliation or sexual misconduct.

Reporting an Incident vs. Filing a Complaint
Reporting an incident with a nonconfidential resource simply means that someone has shared/reported the information with the designated St. Norbert College employees. It is not the same as filing a complaint, but is is the first step in the process if you choose to do so.

Online Reporting

A report filed online will go to the Title IX Coordinator, a nonconfidential reporting resource.

Please note that unless remaining anonymous, the identity of the individual(s) involved is gathered for the report but only shared with investigation personnel and those who need to know.

Remaining anonymous: You may choose to indicate 'anonymous' in the name field. However, you should be aware that this will limit the ability of the Title IX coordinator to follow-up with you. Mandated reporters can not report anonymously.

Note, under the Clery Act, the information provided may be used for statistical reporting purposes.

In-person Reporting

Below are in-person non-confidential reporting options. In emergencies contact one of below and/or 911.

When reporting please note that the identity of the individual(s) involved is gathered for the report but only shared with investigation personnel and those who need to know.
