Make A Report – Students

Students may report any harassment, discrimination or retaliation they’ve experienced or witnessed.

Reporting an Incident vs. Filing a Complaint
Reporting or disclosing an incident simply means that information is being shared/reported to a designated St. Norbert College employee. It is not the same as filing a formal complaint, but it is the first step in the process if you choose to do so.

Online Reporting Form

A report filed online will go to the Title IX Coordinator.

Please note that unless remaining anonymous, the identity of the individual(s) involved is obtained for the report but only shared with investigation personnel and those who need to know.

Remaining anonymous: Unless you are a mandated reporter, you may choose to indicate 'anonymous' in the name field. However, you should be aware that the college is limited in being able to reach out to the individuals who have been harmed and/or taking steps to remediate the situation. Mandated reporters can not report anonymously.

Note, under the Clery Act, the information provided may be used for statistical reporting purposes.

"In-person" Options

Below are "in-person" (not using online form) non-confidential reporting options.

When reporting please note that the identity of the individual(s) involved is obtained for the report but only shared with investigation personnel and those who need to know.

For emergencies or after-hours reporting contact campus safety or the De Pere police or call 911.
