MEQUON - St. Norbert College battled its way to a 4-2 win over Concordia University Wisconsin in a non-conference game at fog-shrouded Kapco Park. The second game of the scheduled doubleheader was cancelled after the fog did not lift.

The Green Knights (15-6) fell behind 2-0 after three innings. St. Norbert rallied with three runs in the fourth inning after two outs and nobody on base. Jose Godinez singled and advanced to second on a passed ball. Travis Mason doubled Godinez home. Nick Pierre singled to drive in Mason and advanced to second on the throw home. Alex Larsen followed with an RBI single for the third run.

St. Norbert picked up an insurance run in the fifth inning when Chad Ljunggren's single drove in Brandon Kozinski, who had doubled with one out.

Troy Rottier earned the win on the mound in his first pitching appearance of the season. Rottier held the Falcons to two hits, walking four with two strikeouts. Rottier retired 10 of the last 11 hitters he faced to finish a game that lasted just 1 hour 29 minutes.
