Green Knights Eke Out Win at Knox

GALESBURG, Ill. - St. Norbert College got all the scoring it would need early in the second half as the Green Knights posted a 1-0 Midwest Conference win over Knox College at Jorge Prats Field.

The Green Knights (6-8-1, 4-2-1 MWC) got the game's only goal at the 48 minutes 20 seconds mark when Danielle Harris registered her fourth goal of the season. Kaitlin Schmitz recorded the assist.

St. Norbert held a 22-7 edge in shots, including 14-2 in the first half. The Green Knights also held the edge in corner kicks 5-1.

Sarah Platzer made six saves for the Green Knights, while Theresa Birzer made six stops for Knox (3-12, 0-8).
