Green Knights Cold From Floor at UW-Oshkosh

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College shot just under 22 percent from the floor in suffering a 54-32 loss to UW-Oshkosh in a non-conference game at Kolf Sports Center.
The Green Knights (1-2) made 12 of 55 field-goal attempts to shoot 21.8 percent from the floor. Oshkosh (4-0), ranked No. 12 in the D3hoops.com Top 25, shot 31.6 percent (18-for-57) from the floor.
St. Norbert made three of its first five field-goal attempts to hold a 7-7 tie just under four minutes into the game. The Green Knights trailed 10-9 after a Jill Kleiman layup with 3:48 left in the first quarter, but the Titans would close the period on a 3-0 run to lead 13-9 after 10 minutes.
The Green Knights would be within 21-16 with 4:08 left in the second quarter after a Macie Zurfluh hoop, but the Titans would take control with an 11-0 run to take a 32-16 lead into halftime.
Oshkosh would salt the game away with a 7-0 run to open the third quarter to close out an 18-0 overall run for a 39-16 lead with 6:42 left in the third quarter.
Kleiman led St. Norbert with nine points while Zurfluh added six points.
Eliza Campbell led Oshkosh with 13 points while Taylor Schmidt added 11 points.
