St. Norbert Shutout By UW-Stevens Point

DE PERE â" St. Norbert College dropped its third consecutive game with a 3-0 loss to UW-Stevens Point in a non-conference game at Resch Olympic Pavilion.
Stevens Point (7-5-1) took control with a pair of goals 49 seconds apart a little more than halfway through the first period. Ali Biagini scored at 12:57, followed by McKenna Butcherâs marker at 13:46.
The Pointers would add to their lead when Maddie Schlossmacher scored at 3:44 of the second period.
St. Norbert had strong pressure in the third period, outshooting Stevens Point 12-6 in the final 20 minutes, but couldnât find the back of the net.
St. Norbert (4-7-3) and the Pointer were even in shots at 27-27. Leigh Grall made 24 saves for the Green Knights, while Sydney Conley made 27 saves for Stevens Point.
The Green Knights and Pointers were both 0-for-2 on the power play.
