St. Norbert Falls in Four Sets to No. 7 UW-Oshkosh

DE PERE - St. Norbert College extended perennial national power UW-Oshkosh to four sets but fell 25-22, 22-25, 25-16, 25-18 in a non-conference match at Schuldes Sports Center.

The Green Knights (7-2) split their first two sets with the Titans (9-1) before the visitors rebounded to take the final two sets and the match. St. Norbert held a lead for most of the first set before losing and hung on to claim the second set.

St. Norbert was led offensively by Sarah Sulentic, who had 16 kills in 30 attempts against three errors. Danielle Remy added nine kills in 19 attempts against one error. Remy and Sulentic both had six blocks.

Lauren Meehan added seven kills and 21 digs, while libero Catherine Guido had 21 digs. St. Norbert hit .274 for the match.

Oshkosh hit .291 for the match. Aleisha Bagin had 10 kills to lead the Titans, while Brittany Gruning had eight and Andrea Smith seven.
