CHICAGO - St. Norbert College suffered its fourth one-goal loss of the season with a 2-1 overtime defeat against North Park University in a non-conference match at the Holmgren Athletic Complex.

It was the second one-goal loss of the weekend for the Green Knights (2-7), who had a 2-1 loss Saturday in a Midwest Conference game to Lake Forest College.

North Park (3-7) applied heavy pressure in the first half but had only a 1-0 lead to show for it. Despite an 11-2 advantage in shots and a 7-0 edge in corner kicks in the first 45 minutes, Sarah Hansen's goal off a corner kick 4 minutes 15 seconds into the game was the Vikings' only score.

The Green Knights recorded the equalizer at the 78:29 mark when Kayla Pope connected on a shot from 24 yards out for her second goal of the season.

The Vikings got the game-winner at 97:17 when Becka Marquez headed in a pass off on assist from Sarah Wilson.

North Park outshot St. Norbert 16-12 for the match, and held an 8-4 edge in corner kicks. Cara Tazioli made three saves for St. Norbert, while Casey Faure had five stops for the Vikings.
