Green Knights Stay in First With Win at Carroll

WAUKESHA - St. Norbert College remained in first place in the Midwest Conference with a three-set win over Carroll University at Van Male Fieldhouse.

The Green Knights stayed one match up in the loss column on the rest of the league with a 25-17, 25-19, 25-15 win over the Pioneers. St. Norbert improved to 21-7 overall, 6-1 in the MWC.

Lauren Meehan led St. Norbert with 10 kills, while Sarah Sulentic added eight kills Danielle Remy six. Abby West had 24 assists, while Catherine Guido had 24 digs. Lauren Meehan added 15 digs and West 10. The Green Knights hit .136 for the match with 32 kills on 110 attempts against 17 errors.

Carroll hit just .019 for the match, with 27 kills and a whopping 25 errors in 108 attempts. Danielle Hartmann had eight kills to lead Carroll.
