Relays Shine Again to Lead St. Norbert at UW-Stevens Point Eastbay Invitational

STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College's sprint relays led the Green Knights at the UW-Stevens Point Eastbay Invitational.

The Green Knights won the 4x200-meter relay and finished second in the 4x400-meter relay. The meet was unscored.

St. Norbert's 4x200 foursome of Kari Braatz, Maddy Nelson, Emily Schudrowitz and Calli Nonnemacher won with a time of 1 minute 48.24 seconds, topping runner-up UW-Stevens Point by 0.7 seconds.

The 4x400 quartet of Jaclyn Kerner, Nonnemacher, Schudrowitz and Megan Domnick was second in 4:05.86. The Green Knights trailed only UW-Eau Claire's time of 3:58.99.

Schudrowitz finished second in the 200-meter dash, finishing with a time of 26.72 seconds. St. Mary's Terry Heinzen edged Schudrowitz with a time of 26.59.

Sarah Albert finished second in the triple jump with a distance of 33 feet 1 inch. Amanda Whipple was third in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:22.78, while Katherine Larson was fifth in the 400-meter dash in 1:02.47.
