St. Norbert Stays Perfect All-Time Against Lawrence

APPLETON - St. Norbert College moved to 52-0 all-time against Lawrence University in volleyball with a three-set win in a Midwest Conference match at Alexander Gym. The Green Knights topped the Vikings 25-17, 25-10, 25-20.

The Green Knights kept their hold on first place in the MWC with the win with a 6-0 mark and 19-5 overall. Lawrence dropped to 12-13 overall, 5-2 in the MWC.

St. Norbert hit .196 in the match, getting 31 kills against 13 errors in 92 total attacks. Breanne Brocker had 11 kills, while Danielle Remy and Heidi Spies each had six. Abby West finished with 17 assists. Catherine Guido had a match-high 20 digs, while Brocker added 13 digs.

The Green Knights' defense led the Lawrence offense to a negative hitting percentage of minus-.062. The Vikings had 24 kills with 31 errors in 113 attacks. Clare Bohrer had eight kills to lead the Vikings. Kate Rosenbalm had 20 assists and Kathleen Rowland had 11 digs.
