Green Knights Rally Past Finlandia

GREEN BAY - St. Norbert College got a pair of second-period goals to rally to post a 2-1 win over Finlandia University in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Assocation game at the Cornerstone Community Center's Resch Olympic Pavilion.
St. Norbert moved into sixth place with the win, and is 10-12 overall and 8-9 in the NCHA. Finlandia lost to 0-18-2, 0-15-1 NCHA.
Finlandia took a 1-0 lead after one period when Taryn Moffat scored at 17:22.
The Green Knights countered after Finlandia's Siera Hache took a major checking-from-behind penalty at 6:59. Zoe Kurth scored 1 minute later to knot the game. Hannah Smith then scored at 13:08 for the eventual game-winning goal.
St. Norbert outshot Finlandia 47-24. The Green Knights were 1-for-4 on the power play, while the Lions were 0-for-3. Katie Aluia made 23 stops in net for the Green Knights, while Ashley Pavlish made 45 stops for Finlandia.
