Haarala Leads St. Norbert All-NCHA Selections

DE PERE - St. Norbert College sophomore defenseman Lotta Haarala is St. Norbert College's lone first team All-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association selection.

Haarala is one of four defensemen to make the first-team All-NCHA squad. In 24 regular season games, Haarala finished with five goals and seven assists for 12 points. Three of her goals have been power-play markers.

Sophomore forward Henriette Ostergaard and sophomore goaltender Katie Aluia were named honorable mention All-NCHA. Ostergaard had eight goals and nine assists for 17 points in 18 games. Aluia fashioned a 7-4 record with a 1.68 goals against average with a .939 save percentage.

St. Norbert finished 13-12 in the regular season and faces UW-Superior in a NCHA O'Brien Cup Playoffs quarterfinal series this weekend at Wessman Arena in Superior.
