Pelky, Kuhl Selected First-Team All-Midwest Conference

DE PERE - St. Norbert College senior guard Krista Pelky and senior forward Jamie Kuhl were both named first-team All-Midwest Conference for 2011-12.
Pelky and Kuhl were joined for post-season honors by junior guard Krista Hawkinson, who was a second-team All-MWC selection.
Pelky, an Oshkosh native, led St. Norbert in scoring at 17.8 points per game. Pelky shot 47.3 percent (150-for-317) from the floor, 51.1 percent (46-for-90) on three-point field goal attempts and 89.0 percent (81-for-91) at the free-throw line. She also had a team-high 85 assists and finished her career eighth on St. Norbert's career scoring list with 1,170 points.
Kuhl, a Cary, Ill., native, finished the season with averages of 12.8 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Kuhl shot 47.7 percent (113-for-237) from the floor and 79.7 percent (55-for-69) at the free-throw line.
Hawkinson, a Green Bay native, scored an average of 11.0 points per game. She shot 47.6 percent (88-for-185) from the floor, 30.3 percent (27-for-89) on three-point field goals and 69.6 percent (39-for-56) at the free-throw line.
